After downloading the app for the first time everything was great. If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Love love love Hollister they are my all-time favorite brand and have the most comfiest cotton hoodies available on the market!!!!❤️❤️❤️
They should get at least one coupon per month for when there isn’t a sale going on. Also, the sales are always great, but I think there should be a higher tiered system for people who spend over $1000 a year. If I have free shipping it should be free shipping in every instance, I don’t pay for it in the first place so I why should they subtract it from my total if like I said, few and far between items that I return for a full refund. I get charged seven dollar shipping which I think isn’t fair. my only gripe is out of the very few and I mean very few times that I have to send something back for a refund and not an exchange.
I’m always looking for the newest sweatshirt. I continuously have a gold membership with free shipping because of the amount of money that I spend. I must have over 100 hoodies in my closet and. It’s one of the only two brands of hoodies that I will wear.
